By accessing and using the BikeID platform, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Service

BikeID is a digital platform for registering, identifying, and transferring ownership of bicycles. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Creation of a unique digital identity for bicycles.
• Generation of verifiable ownership certificates.
• Secure ownership transfer system.
• Database of stolen or missing bicycles.

3. Registration and Account Security

To use certain features of the service, you will need to register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update this information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.

4. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ciatto Software LTDA and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Brazil and other countries.
